• This tracker has been created for you to monitor your self breast exams. The information you provide is completely voluntary.
• You can only track 1 month at a time. Each new month will be available every 24 days.  
• If you want your results deleted from a particular month, you can send an email to [email protected], and a member of the Feel For Your Life team will take care of that for you!
•  If you choose to engage with the Feel For Your Life Community, you agree to treat others with kindness and without judgment, will not sell anything or ask for donations, and will not offer medical advice.
